These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContractLog, a software service operated by KV Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using ContractLog, you agree to these Terms.
ContractLog is a cloud-based software application that allows contractors and field workers to track time, mileage, and per diem, and generate invoices. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ContractLog is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. All fees are in US dollars. We use Stripe to process payments securely — we do not store your payment information.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Canceling before your next billing date prevents future charges.
You agree to use ContractLog only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store false or fraudulent business records, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, reverse engineer or copy the service, or resell access to the service without our written permission.
Your data belongs to you. We store your business records securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
We aim to keep ContractLog available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
ContractLog is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KV Development LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ContractLog after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
